Salvia contains the extremely potent salvinorin-A
 
Dose
 
Usually no more than1 gram is smoked, if oral method is used it takes about 7 grams of dried leaves for desired effects.
 
Methods
 
When smoked salvia usually comes in extracts, teh smoker takes one gigantic hit and holds it in lungs as long as he/she can and then exhales.
 
When taken orally 10 grams of dried leaves are usually sucked on and placed under tongue for 15 minutes.
 
Additional Info
 
Salvia is becoming more and more popular and is now sold ALL OVER the internet. I've gotten it from ebay and from head shops in Chicago. Time may be running out for salvia so hurry up.
